How much tea does one bag make?
At home — a big mug of 400–500 ml or a 1-litre teapot. The rule is simple: 1 bag = 1 cup. Same at a café: 1 bag per cup.
Where should I start if I haven't tried it yet?
With a tasting at our office — you can try any tea from the collection there. Or with a sampler of one flavour. If you like it, take a pack of 25 tea bags.
Which flavour should I choose?
For energy — Karak Tea (cardamom, cinnamon, milky taste) or Power Spirit with ginseng. To relax — Tashkent-style Green Spirit (mint, thyme, herbs) or blue PurpleBlue (butterfly pea, rosemary).
How do I pay and receive my order?
Place an order on the website or message us on WhatsApp. A manager will call you back to confirm the amount and time. You can pick it up in Astana or order delivery — the manager will explain the terms on the call.
I own a coffee shop. Can I try it first?
Yes. Request a tasting — we'll agree on a time and send a price list for your volume.
Is it the same tea as in the coffee shops?
Yes. TSAI is made at our own factory in Astana and is already on the menu of the city's largest coffee shop chain under this brand.
